Tangy Wings

Tangy Wings recipe
TANGY WINGS
Prep time: 5 mins
Cook time: 30 mins
Total time: 35 mins
Serves: 10
Ingredients
  • ½ cup (125ml) orange juice
  • 1 fresh chilli, minced
  • 1 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 teaspoon fresh ginger, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon hot paprika
  • 2 tablespoon (30ml) soya sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 12-14 chicken wings
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C.
  2. In a bowl, combine orange juice, chilli, garlic, ginger, paprika, soya sauce and seasoning.
  3. Pour the sauce over chicken wings and marinade for 15-20 minutes.
  4. Place on oven tray with marinade and grill for 25-30 minutes.
  5. Serve immediately.
