Stuffed Open Sandwich

Stuffed Open Sandwich recipe

Sourdough is bread which is fermented with wild yeast. It is delicious and easy to make. Great as a starter!

STUFFED OPEN SANDWICH
Cook time: 5 mins
Total time: 5 mins
Serves: 6
Ingredients
  • 1 large sourdough bread
  • ½ cup (125ml) Dijon mustard
  • 4 large tomatoes, sliced
  • 4 thin beef steaks, grilled
  • 2 cups onions rings, fried
  • 2 cups gherkins, sliced
  • 1 cup (250ml) BBQ sauce.
Instructions
  1. Cut open the bread and spread with mustard.
  2. Arrange the tomatoes, beef steak, onions and gherkins on your bread.
  3. Drizzle with BBQ sauce and serve.
