Coated Chicken

Coated Chicken recipe
COATED CHICKEN
Prep time: 10 mins
Cook time: 30 mins
Total time: 40 mins
Serves: 6
Ingredients
  • 1 cup oats
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon mixed herbs
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 4 tablespoons (60ml) milk
  • 6-8 drumsticks
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C.
  2. In a bowl, combine oats, paprika, herb and seasoning.
  3. In another bowl, combine milk and egg.
  4. Soak chicken in the milk mixture.
  5. Remove chicken from milk mixture and coat with oats mixture.
  6. Place coated chicken into a lightly greased baking tray.
  7. Bake in the oven for 30-40 minutes.
  8. Serve with oven French fries.
