Salamina Mosese and Stephina Zwane

To commemorate World Mental Health Day, our October cover stars Salamina Mosese and Stephina Zwane tackled the stigma surrounding mental illness. The pair discussed the impact of working in the entertainment industry from a young age during an interview on Metro FM radio show, Fresh Breakfast. Salamina shared that she realised that she was struggling with depression while Stephina pointed out that dealing with rejection also impacted your mental health.
