The gloves were off between media personality Lupi Ngcayisa and author, Jackie Phamotsoe after he publicly accused her of “lying” about the infamous Bryanston Hockey Club and claims of a ‘gay sex tape’
Last month Basetsana and Romeo Kumalo were granted a protection order against Jackie over a tweet she shared about a ‘media mogul’s husband’ allegedly being involved in a ‘gay sex tape’ scandal.

Even though Jackie didn’t mention any names, Twitter users implicated Romeo Kumalo after the tweet was shared, and the court ruled that speculation spread after Jackie’s tweet.
The commotion started after Lupi shared what seemed to be court papers submitted by Jackie to defend herself in court, in which she allegedly claimed to write fiction.

Jackie hit back at Lupi and threatened to take legal action against him. She also warned him to steer clear of her.

Lupi also dragged Exclusive Books into the mix, urging the retailer to recall Jackie’s book and refund the customers who had bought it.
It would be responsible of @ExclusiveBooks to recall @JackiePhamotse ‘s book BARE.She misled society by passing on fiction as real.The court affidavit she submitted bears reference.Those who bought the books must be refunded
