Fermented gin fruit cocktail

Fermented gin fruit cocktail

 

Prep time: 5 minutes

Serves: 6

  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 2 kiwi fruits, sliced
  • Handful fresh strawberries, halved
  • Handful fresh cherries
  • Handful pomegranate seeds
  • 8 cups (2ℓ) orange juice
  • 3 tablespoons (45ml) rooibos fynbosbotanicals gin

  1. Mix all ingredients in a jug. Refrigerate for 5–6 hours or until chilled.
  2. Serve immediately.
