Queen of Soul Aretha Franklin is reportedly gravely ill according to Showbiz 411 veteran entertainment reporter, Roger Friedman. The 19 time Grammy award-winner has been battling cancer since her diagnosis in 2010.
Showbiz also reports that she is surrounded by loved ones, and her family has asked for prayers and privacy during this period. Aretha’s last performances was at Philadelphia’s Mann Center in August and Elton John’s AIDS Foundation party in New York in November 2017.
