Choose the right flowers for every mood

Flowers are known to bring different energies in a household, depending on which vibes you’re going for. We help you get the right bunch!

South Africa is home for some of the most beautiful flowers in the world, the trick is knowing the right flowers to buy.

Protea flowers being the national South African treasure represents the nation so well that it even named the national cricket team (the proteas), there are many other flowers that can bring the right energy you require in your household and would have a significant meaning to you. 

According to almanac flowers have meaning “If the flowers were given upside down, then the idea being conveyed was the opposite of what was traditionally meant. How the ribbon was tied said something, too: Tied to the left, the flowers’ symbolism applied to the giver, whereas tied to the right, the sentiment was in reference to the recipient. And, of course, a wilted bouquet delivered an obvious message!”

Protea – is known as an indigenous South African flower, this beautiful flower symbolizes uniqueness, diversity and beauty.
