How Judith Sephuma is losing the weight and keeping fit

Singer Judith Sephuma embarked on a weight-loss and healthy eating regimen last year and she shared the results of her hard work this week.

The singer has been hitting the gym hard, boxing, running and eating healthy. The results are amazing! She took pics and videos of some of her training. Hopefully this will inspire you if you’re also looking to change your lifestyle.

Having lunch alone. 1 slice Low GI bread stacked with good stuff. Avocado, cucumber, rocket, and raw green beans, chick pees, carrots, bla bla bla… This is what my body said it needed. Thank God it’s not Kota! <——(Rough days) oh…..with Rooibos tea. #healthylifestyle ??❤️?

Here we go: DETOX DAY 1, JUICE 1. spinach, parsley, cucumber, wheatgrass and whatever else…. #healthyliving, #6 juices a day every 1h30min, with lots of water. LETS GO!

I am still on it. Day 2 Juice no 5 of the Detox. Today was hard but I am almost done. 1 more juice to go.
