11 Celebs show you how to eat healthy in the New Year

Getting your body back and feeling good after all the partying over the festive season isn’t just about exercising. Eating healthy is a very important component as well. Something that a number of our fave celebs understand.

If you’re not sure where to start with your new eating habits, diet or detox – why not take some inspiration from what these celebs are doing.  

1.Somizi

The Idols judge loves spending time in the kitchen and we can understand why. He whips up some seriously yummy looking salads.

 

The beauty with making salad at home is that u can mix whatever u feel like. Here I pan fried prawns in very little olive oil. Added fish spice lemon juice and barbecue marinade. Salad: lentils, sprouts, orange, rocket,pickled onions, any dressing of yo choice. Healthy eating yall

2. Alicia Keys

The singer is embarking on a ‘green only’ 40-day detox and she seems to be loving it so far.

The singer is a health fanatic and she regularly shares her secrets on her IG account. This is one of her 7 meals a day.

 

My meal right now! You asked me to share and I will when I can BUT don’t wanna come across as preachy so forgive me when I don’t!!!!!! I eat about SEVEN meals a day and snack all the time. Not forgetting my green smoothie/juice. One: because I HATE being hungry. TWO: when you are constantly eating GOOD CLEAN food your body starts burning calories on SuperDrive and boosts your metabolism!!!!!! Tuna, pineapple and cucumber!
