Freshly squeezed fruit juices are not just delicious, they are also packed with a variety of health benefits.

By including fresh juices in your daily diet, you can enjoy a range of vitamins, minerals, and other nutrients that can help keep you healthy and energised.

According to Mayo Clinic, juicing extracts the juice from fresh fruits or vegetables, the liquid contains most of the vitamins, minerals and plant chemicals (phytonutrients) found in the fruit. However, whole fruits and vegetables also have healthy fibre, which is lost during most juicing.

Here are just a few of the many benefits of freshly squeezed fruit juices by Healthline:

1. Increased vitamin intake

Freshly squeezed fruit juices are an excellent source of vitamins, particularly vitamin C, which is essential for maintaining a healthy immune system. Other vitamins found in fresh juices include vitamin A, which is good for your eyesight, and vitamin K, which is important for maintaining healthy bones.
2. Improved digestion
Fruit juices contain enzymes that can aid in digestion, making them an excellent choice for those who suffer from digestive problems. The fibre found in fruits also helps to regulate digestion, promoting regularity and preventing constipation.
3. Increased energy
Fresh juices are a great source of natural energy, thanks to the vitamins and minerals they contain. They are also an excellent way to rehydrate your body after a workout, helping to replace fluids lost through sweat.

4. Reduced inflammation

The antioxidants found in fruits can also help reduce inflammation in the body, which can lead to a variety of health problems. By reducing inflammation, fresh juices may help improve overall health and reduce the risk of chronic diseases.
