Sjava and Big Zulu’s Umbayimbayi gets certified 3x Platinum

Sjava and Big Zulu’s hit song Umbayimbayi has officially been certified 3x Platinum. This was announced the duo on their social media.

Umbayimbayi has been topic music chat since its release, making the Inkabi Zezwe duo one of the best collaborations to come out of Mzansi. The duo released their official Umbayimbayi music video 2 months ago and the song is currently sitting on 6.7 million YouTube views.

Taking to his social media, Sjava shared with his followers:

“Siyabonga kakhulu kubathandi bomculo uMbayimbayi usushaye 3X Platinum ❤️ (To all the music lovers we would like to thank you, uMbayimbayi has hit 3x Platinum).”

Big Zulu also shared the same notification on his social media, captioning his:

“Siyabonga kakhulu Umbayimbayi Triple Platinum ?Uthando Lunye❤️?? (Thank you so much, Umbayimbayi is Triple Platinum, One Love).”

Social media users on both their accounts congratulated the KZN born duo, adding:

“You guys have given us a very well-produced album ? hit after hit and on top of that, the album is very healing and touching. Siyabulela zintsizwa (Thank you guys).”

“@sjava_atm @bigzulu_sa great work I can’t even remember when last this happened in south African history.”

“ZULU men with some power?❤️.”

On the Ivolovolo hitmaker’s account, followers commented:

“Congratulations ???. I can’t wait to see you at Carnival city.”

“Uthando lunye? (One love).”

Inkabi Zezwe will be serenading their music lovers in Cape Town on July 29, at Grand Arena, GrandWest with tickets starting from R280 to R480. They will also have a Johannesburg and a Durban leg later.
