Gomora star Ntobeko Sishi who plays a rebellious teenager in the drama series has dished out about why he left the hit drama series.

The actor who plays as Ntokozo Dlamini in Gomora said the following while speaking to Drum.

“I’m not saying that there’s anything wrong with that. I respect the people who do that because soapies and telenovelas are a lot of work, they are very demanding, they are very draining,” he said to the publication.

“There’s so much more I have to offer, bigger and better stories I want to tell. Not just as an actor but especially as a musician,” he said while speaking to the publication.

The star adds that his decision to leave Gomora was something that was due to his desire of wanting more from himself and knowing that the only way he can get more from himself was if he takes the uncomfortable step of leaving of being comfortable where he is.

The actor has also released an EP and he dropped his lead single to his EP on the  14 of April 2023 tiled I don’t Dance.
