Today, Netflix announced that volume two of the captivating series, Fatal Seduction, will launch on the 4th of August 2023, with seven more episodes to indulge in.

Fatal Seduction, an adaptation of the Mexican drama series Dark Desire, introduced the world to the Mahlatis in volume one. Nandi (Kgomotso Christopher), Leonard (Thapelo Mokoena) and Zintle (Ngele Ramulondi) a slightly dysfunctional family with secrets that slowly creep up on them and at the fore of these secrets is mysterious stranger, Jacob (Prince Grootboom) who enters the Mahlati’s lives to avenge a wrong done to his family. Things however do not go according to plan, as Jacob unexpectedly falls for Nandi, making things very complicated for everyone involved.

The story continues to unravel with the loss of the major figure in a criminal  investigation. Vuyo’s (Nat Ramabulana) search for the truth opens up a diabolical can of worms, with many dark, hidden secrets coming to light after years of bubbling under the surface.

As the web of lies and deceit untangles, Laura (Frances Sholto-Douglas) continues to warn Zintle about the man she is falling in love with, while battling her own feelings and falling in love with her best friend.

Will Fatal Seduction volume two reveal all the unanswered questions? Will we ever know the truth? Stay tuned to Netflix on the 4th of August 2023 to find out.
