Emtee’s estranged wife alleges he’s a drug addict

by Johana Mukandila

Hip-hop rapper Emtee’s estranged wife Nicole Kendall Chinsamy has alleged that the South African rapper is a drug addict.

According to Sunday World, Emtee’s baby mama filed a statement at the Midrand police station in Johannesburg where she accused him of being a drug addict.

The allegations were made when she opened a case of assault against the Roll Up hitmaker which she later withdrew.

“The complainant alleges that her husband is assaulting her and invading her privacy on social media.”

“The husband is known as Mthembeni Ndevu, with a contact number (number withheld). The complainant alleges that he is also a drug user. Case docket opened for further police investigations,” the statement read.

The type of drug taken by the rapper was not revealed.

Over the years, the rapper has been accused of using drugs by social media users and he’s slammed the assumption several times.

A recent clap back over alleged drug use made by the rapper was in March this year where he refuted the claims while taking to his Twitter timeline.

“All this drug talk is pissin’ me off. I even quit lean. I been sober for a minute, so don’t come to me with that drug talk sh**. I’m done with that life! Stop tryna push agendas here, ms***,” he wrote in a tweet.

He again denied them when Sunday World questioned him on the subject.

“Firstly, I don’t know what she is talking about because I’m not on drugs,” he told the publication.
