Deborah Cox to headline Magic Music Sessions

South Africans, get ready! The legendary award-winning singer, songwriter and producer, Deborah Cox, will be headlining the Afro-Soul and R&B version of the long-running Magic Music Sessions.

The show will take place on 27 May at the Sun City Superbowl in the North West Province.

The seasoned singer – born in Toronto, Canada – has since released five successful studio albums.

Deborah also holds the title of “actress” as she has starred in many stage, television and film productions, including The Bodyguard: The Musical, First Wives Club and A Good Man Is Hard to Find.

Those attending the Canadian Music Hall of Fame Inductee’s show are sure to experience an explosive performance, excitement and nostalgia as she performs classic hits such as Nobody’s Supposed To Be Here, Where Do We Go From Here, Sentimental, Up and Down (In & Out) and We Can’t Be Friends.

Thato Segaole, the Executive Director of Vertex Events expressed that the events company aims to take the audience on a journey that amplifies and celebrates the Afro Soul and R&B genres as showcased by Deborah, as well as the talented and celebrated South African acts that will grace the yet-to-be-announced, star-studded line-up.

Tickets will be available for purchase on Webtickets – www.webtickets.co.za and at PicknPay stores nationwide from R450 up to R1250.
