Cast members announce that Blood and Water season 4 is officially in production

It’s time to go back to Parkhurst High as it has officially been announced that Blood and Water season four has started production.

The cast members of the show made the announcement by playing the classic game Broken Telephone. Participating in the game were actors Khosi Ngema (Fikile Bhele), Leroy Siyafa (Sam Nkosana), Mekaila Mathys (Tahira Kahn), and Ama Qamata (Puleng Khumalo). The video, posted by Netflix SA, also shows a few behind-the-scenes moments.

The post was captioned, “Pssst, come a little closer. I’ve got news. Season 4 of #BloodAndWater is officially in production!”

Netflix SA also shared that there will be new faces on the show.

“New term, new students, new DRAMA! Please welcome your new and returning faces to Parkhurst High #BloodandWater,” they wrote.

Many fans of the show took to Twitter to share their excitement.

“Love this teaser. A bonus for the team that came up with this concept! Also whooop,” said one fan.

Another fan asked for 15 episodes instead of the usual six to seven episodes.

Thinking about the previous season, one tweep wrote, “This video is cute and I’m happy ‘cause the show is really good, but the end of season 3 definitely felt like a series finale? maybe it’s just me.”
