Big Zulu speaks on his death prophecy

South African musician Siyabonga Nene, better known as Big Zulu, has reacted to a prophecy about his death.

According to a South African-based and Nigerian-born prophet David Uche, he claimed that he saw that the musician was involved in a horrific car accident asking his congregation to keep him in their prayers because it could possibly happen in March or April.

“His name is Big Zulu. I’ve been praying for him for an extension because this thing will happen in March next month, March, April,” he said. “As I keep praying, I was also praying for Somizi, but now this other man who is very extreme his name is Big Zulu,” said prophet David Uche.

However the Dear My Love hitmaker responded to the post, saying that he was grateful for the prayers and did not exude worry.

“Siyabonga kakhulu ngomthandazo kodwa khona izinto ezingekho kwawam amandla (Thank you very much for the prayer but there are things that are not in my power),” he wrote.

The prophecy received a lot of mixed reaction from the public with many calling out the prophet for trying to capitalise off celebrities’ deaths. Here is what peeps had to say:

So these Pastors are now capitalising on celebrities death for clout. Why does he not reach out to him and stop preaching about future death ?

He must just win lotto like the other pastor and he will close the church and stop preaching nonsense pic.twitter.com/470zjn9NG4

So, his God only knows celebrities! What about the people who get shot and killed everyday?
