South African musician Babes Wodumo revealed that she is looking for love again.

This comes after the death of her husband Mampintsha, who died on the 24 of December 2022 after suffering a stroke that landed him in hospital which later led to his death.

The Wololo hitmaker recently went live on her Facebook page where she spoke about several things. She also answered questions and comments from fans.

While speaking to her fans during her Facebook live the musician revealed that she was looking for love, which came as a surprise to many of her fans considering it’s been less than six months since Mampintsha’s untimely death.

“Personally I prefer a white partner because they don’t talk too much. What is your suggestion because I’m really horny and it’s not funny anymore? It’s now getting to my head,” she said.

The Daily Sun previously reported that Pinky Gumede, who is Mampintsha’s sister, said she had no problem with Babes looking for love and finding a new man.

“I don’t have a problem with Babes finding a man because she is still young and she needs to move on with her life,” said Pinky who told the publication.

According to African Insider Babes has been reportedly drinking a lot more to relieve her depression.

“I have consulted with medical experts but they couldn’t help me because I ask them hard questions. Due to these problems, I have resorted to alcohol. I simply drink my husband’s Original Shandis Gin or dance in order to feel less depressed,” Babes said.
