Critically acclaimed Kwaito artist Professor, whose real name is Mkhonzeni Langa, is no longer swimming in the dating pool.

The award-winning singer married his love following his 45th birthday.

According to Zimoja, Professor had been together with his wife for five years before deciding to make it official. He claims the reason behind keeping it on the down low is because she’s quite private and not really looking to be famous. As of now, the couple doesn’t have kids.

The bride’s hometown in Bamshell, in eNdwedwe, north of Durban, were all awestruck when Professor and his entourage arrived to celebrate umembeso. The couple spent the day mostly surrounded by close family and friends. Businessman, actor and artist Pastor Mjosty attended the event as part of Professor’s party, as well as other popular celebrity figures and relatives who received a loud warm welcoming from wedding guests.

According to Zimoja, the lauded hitmaker has always preferred to be in stable and still relationships. He prefers to keep his personal romantic relationships out of the public eye. Although he is quite famous, Professor has never dated anyone famous and hadn’t planned on either. He’s happy with the relationship he shares with his partner. “They been together forever she is happy being unknown and working as a nurse” says another source.

Apart from releasing hit songs like Ijimaphi and Jezebel, Professor is still making it in the music scene. As of now, Professor refuses to further comment on his wedding.
