Sheldon Tatchell, founder of Legends Barber opens a Legends Training and Development School which will help create an estimated 200+ jobs annually.

This training center will encourage entrepreneurship offering them a skill and a starter pack for their business.

The Legends Barbershop empire continues to grow and expand to higher levels each day.

Sheldon has expanded his business across various parts of South Africa employing hundreds of Legends staff members to try to combat unemployment amongst the youth of the country.

Legends Barbershop also added hair and grooming products to its catalogue.

According to Business Insider South Africa, he started his business on the stoep of his cousin’s internet café 10 years ago and couldn’t understand why people would queue to have their haircut by him while there were two barbershops right across from where he conducted his business.

Sheldon took to his Instagram and acknowledged this as one of his major career highlights, “ I promised myself that one day I would open a school and help potential barbers not to go through the difficult process of learning this skill. Today that dream is now a reality,” he said.
