Anele Mdoda helps her father build a school in Tsolo village

Earlier this year, Radio Broadcaster Anele Mdoda took to her instagram to announce that her father, known as Patilizwe Mdoda is building a child development center in his hometown, Tsolo village in the Eastern Cape.

The school is built on the same land where her father attended his primary school in a hut. According to the broadcaster, this has always been her father’s dream.

The father of the Mdoda sisters, was born in Ncembu kuTsolo village in the Eastern Cape and has made it his longtime mission to give back to his childhood primary school by building a school.

“My father is building in our village. My father attended grade 1 in a hut on the very ground he has built this school on.”

The radio jockey, is said to help her father with a technology center for the school and tweeted that certain brands have come to help in her fathers project and mentioned LEGO bricks.

She continued saying “It is her father who is building the school, she along with her business associates and friends are just chipping in to help make the child development center a reality” this came after tweets saying “Anele Mdoda builds a school”.

According to Zalebs, Pat Mdoda as he is mostly referred to is a respected businessman who also serves in a couple of boards. Mr Mdoda also served as a member of the South African Petroleum Industry Association (SAPIA) Board of Governors.
