3. Takkies bonding with Baby Sana as she works out is a sight to behold.

Mommies the journey begins today. Here are a few of my go to moves to strengthen your core after having a baby. Our bodies go through so much during pregnancy, so it’s important that we slowly help our bodies back to recovery. I know it’s difficult to find time to workout with a new baby in the house. 7weeks later I figured that nap time is the best time to get a 15min workout in. As you can see my baby was waking up from a very short nap? but I at least got through most of my workout. PS: I had to speed up the video to you show you everything in 1min ?? — I hope a can motivate you to find the confidence to start working out again and loving your new body. It’s possible. Start today.? ____________ *Please take your time with each exercise and ensure that you engage your core at all times, especially when you are on your back. *Don’t forget to breathe* EATING PLAN!!! I don’t believe in diets. I eat clean. ?????????????????????? ____________ #shieldready #fitmom #newmom #postpartumfitness #postpartumbody #momlife #homeworkouts #fitness #workouts #newborn _____________________________ DISCLAIMER❗️❗️❗️ Please get clearance from your doctor before doing any workout. ?: Yemi Alade: Baby’s back
