Skwatta Kamp honours Flabba’s memory with a new song

by Kwanele Mathebula
Flabba

Iconic Hip-hop group Skwatta Kamp has released a song to commemorate the death of their member Flabba Habedi. The group expressed that it’s finally ready to “break the silence” with the song aptly named Conversations with Flabba. Flabba died at the stabbing hand of his girlfriend in 2015 and today marks the third anniversary of his death.

Skwatta Kamp announced song’s release on social media with a clip of the behind-the-scenes look at the making of the song. In the clip, Afro-pop artist Zahara is singing and members of the group reminisce about Flabba.

Here’s a look at the clip.

It’s three years since Flabba’s passing. We finally ready to break our silence. #conversationswithFlabba. #thereyougo @bozzathechamp @smegaforever @slikouronlife @nemza_sa @nishmadlisa @mrsrelo
