Butt, Thigh, Legs and Stomach exercises that you can do at home? The resistance band is not needed, but can be used if you want to take your workout to the next level?? No gym needed!!!! ??‍♀️arms and shoulder workout!! Here’s a combo you can do at the gym. Used 8kg (use lighter weights if you need too) dumbbells and did reps of 10 for each exercise. Repeat 3 times for moderate workout. Repeat 5times for a tougher workout. Good bye to the bababyes? hello to strong sexy arms?? trained and filmed by @edlyn_serge84 @adidasza
