1. My acting career began as a side hustle. I was focusing on my dancing career when I started being fascinated by acting. Since I was not sure of what I wanted to do, I decided to work backstage in high school in order to figure it out. While working backstage and preparing the props, I learnt from the actors and realised that I, too, wanted to be one. I landed the role of Romeo and the rest is history.

2. I enjoy playing the role of a young man trying to fill a void in his life.

I love this character because I’m familiar with Romeo’s feelings of not being enough or worthy. Growing up, there were moments when I felt that I was not enough or worth the path that my life was taking. Playing this character helped me to work through my issues and be a better person. I’m humbled by South Africans who have warmly welcomed me to their screens.

 3. I am constantly trying to grow in the industry. I don’t want to be tied down to just acting. This led me to starting an educational movement for entertainers called Sans Group. My objective is to offer classes and courses that will polish entertainers’ skills and help open doors and platforms for them.

4. There is still so much that I want to explore. I still love dancing, and want to put more energy in figuring out that path. I’m eager to learn and to take liberating risks. I want to make the world a better place through the arts. I feel like an entertainment maestro in the making.
