8 Celebs take back their power

by Bongiwe Tshiqi

To mark of women’s month, some of our favourite celebs (including two of our August cover stars) have taken part in a powerful anti-abuse campaign. The #TakeBackYourPower initiative sees the stars telling stories of women who have been abused and urges others to do the same and take back their power. We love it! And we hope it helps more women stand up for themselves and do something to empower their lives.

1.Ayanda Thabethe

This is NOT my story but It is a real story by a fellow woman. I stand in solidarity with other women going through any form of abuse this Women’s day. #TakeBackYourPower
