10 different ways to get into shape from our fave celebs

It’s the start of a new year and as per usual, most of us will be attempting to get rid of that festive weight. The gym isn’t your only option though.

Instead of flocking to an aerobics class like so many others, why not try one of these alternative workout regimens to get your body back into shape and to boost your energy levels.

1. Poppy Ntshongwana

Poppy loves hitting the road and has been documenting her runs via her IG account.

#30dayRunningChallenge – Run 7/30. Week 1 done! Time flies when you have goals and things to achieve. Already I’m faster than I was when I started. My body has started shedding weight from the holidays, and that feels good ! I started a mini detox that died a bit in Langebaan yesterday (check out my snapchat for the Langebaan fun @poppyismyname5). My detox basically involves eating fresh fruit and veg for the rest of the month, only drinking water and coffee and WINE. Lol! I can’t say no to my wine. I did that during OcSober. Never again. Meow ! Anyway week 2 starts tomorrow. Looking forward to breaking my own records from my last #30dayrunningchallenge. #runwithpoppy @runwithpoppy

2. Pearl Thusi
