Creamy Beef recipe
Creamy Beef
Prep time: 10 mins
Cook time: 25 mins
Total time: 35 mins
Serves: 8
Ingredients
  • 4 tablespoons margarine
  • 1 cup cocktail onions
  • 2 cups beef, cut into strips
  • 2 tablespoons dried mixed herbs
  • 2 cups frozen peas, thawed
  • 2 cups (500ml) double cream
  • Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
  1. In a frying pan, melt the margarine.
  2. Add onions, cook for 4-5 minutes.
  3. Add beef and herbs and cook for 8-10 minutes or until cooked through.
  4. Add peas and cream, season well and cook for a further 3-4 minutes.
  5. Serve immediately with rice or another starch of your choosing.
