Situated in one of the country’s most opulent suburbs, Clifton is a dream that many Mzansi citizens like me, will never realise. This 1 124 m² piece of land advertised on the property hub Property24’s hub is situated on the mountain side of the luxurious Clifton. The land boasts a jaw dropping sea view and mountain view in a neighbourhood that screams wealth.
How someone got to own a part of the mountain land is still a mystery to me, better yet, why is it priced at 175 million? Engaging further on these thoughts are questions like, how long has the owner been holding on to this valuable asset and how was it acquired?
