As we approach the last game of the Rugby World Cup, many people are set to host friends and family to watch the game together. If you are one of those people who will be hosting, here are the things you are going to need to make your guests feel welcomed and happy.

You should have:

A screen: Whether it is your TV or if you will have a projector connected, this is the most important thing to have to watch and enjoy the game.

Comfortable seating: To make everyone feel at home, you will need to have things like a beanbag chair, sofas and cushions.

Snacks & Drinks: To keep your guests fuelled up and happy, ensure that you have plenty of snacks and drinks.

Rugby-related decorations: Having things such as Boks flags and jerseys can also help you set the mood.

If you want to have a mini braai session whilst watching and you do not have a recipe, you can try this one from WhatsForDinner:

Ingredients (Serves 4)

-16 chicken wings
-180 ml (¾ cup) BBQ sauce
-45 ml (3 Tbsp) Rajah mild & spicy curry powder
-4 corn cobs
-30 ml (2 Tbsp) vegetable oil

Preparation method

Step 1. In a bowl, toss together the chicken wings, BBQ sauce and 30ml (2 Tbsp) of the Rajah Mild & Spicy Curry Powder. Allow to marinate in the fridge for at least one hour.
Step 2. Prepare the corn by removing the husks. Drizzle over the oil and dust with the remaining 15ml.
Step 3. Add 1 Tbsp Rajah Mild & Spicy Curry Powder. Toss well to combine.
Step 4. Heat your grill to medium.
Step 5. Add the chicken wings and grill, turning often, for about 30 minutes, or until cooked through and crisp.
Step 6. When the chicken is almost done, put the corn on the grill and cook until nicely charred all over.
Step 7. Serve hot.
