It has been revealed that controversial music executive Nota Baloyi has allegedly relocated to the United States.
The self-proclaimed Hip-Hop pioneer has spent lots of time in Europe as of late, with many believing that he was there on holiday.
According to Podcast and Chill host MacG, this is apparently not the case. The pair recently bumped into one another in support of South African DJ Black Coffee at his Madison Square Garden show.
On his podcast, MacG revealed that it was here that Nota opened up about the relocation.
Earlier this year, Nota became one of the biggest advocates of justice in the brutal killing of the 35-year-old rapper AKA. He later accused many in the industry of being the accomplices of an assassination – this resulted in him going into hiding.
He was later sentenced to 60 days imprisonment for contempt of court after ignoring a court order by rapper K.O for implicating him in the murder.
In a new revelation, MacG stated that Nota confessed that the reason for his relocation is because there is a “hit on him” and a “price on his head.”
Later co-host Sol Phenduka responded by saying that Nota “earned it for disrespecting Black Coffee, his kid, his people and the cops.”
Nota is yet to publicly confirm whether the news is true.
MacG shares that NOTA says he moved to the US cause there was a hit out on him, a price on his head?
& Sol Phenduka thinks NOTA “earned it” for disrespecting Black Coffee, his kid, people, their kids & swearing at cops?
