Tyla has been making waves with her hit song Water. So much so that it landed her on the Billboard Hot 100 chart.

The Billboard Hot 100 is the music industry standard record chart in the United States for songs, published weekly by Billboard magazine. Tyla first debuted at number 20 on the Billboard Bubbling Under Hot 100 – a chart that lists the top songs that have not yet charted on the main chart.

The song became a viral hit on the popular app TikTok with more than 200 million views and over half a million posts using the sound.

Billboard shared the big announcement on social media, stating, “@Tylauraa scores her first-ever entry on the #Hot100 this week, as Water debuts at No. 67!”
