DJ and presenter Dineo Ranaka got honoured with a tribute song created by Tswyza and Villa.

The two artists collaborated on a song dedicated to the Kaya 959 presenter who is currently battling depression and hinted suicidal thoughts.

Early this week, the reality TV star opened up about her battle with depression and her desire to kill herself while taking to her Instagram timeline.

“I completely understand souls/spirit/people that commit suicide. I get it, I get them,” she wrote.

“Because I’m trying my best to not commit suicide. My mind is sooooo loud of late and life is fucking hard, so fucking hard and I’m trying my best, but it seems my best is not enough,” she added.

Her cry for help had Mzansi shaken, and many people flooded her Instagram post with words of encouragement and prayers showing support to the presenter.

A new applaudable way of showing support for the radio host and club DJ, was from two artists Tswyza and Villa, who shared a video on Instagram of a song they created for Dineo to show her love and support during this dark time she’s facing.

“Me & my boy @villa_s_a got together to make sure we brighten up your day, hope this reaches you with love and humility @dineoranaka. Godbless,” Tswyza wrote.

Many people applauded the two artists for their creative way of showing support to Dineo.

“This is really cool, too often we see people stay quiet coz it’s “non of their business” …
honestly maybe something you do, say or even sing may brightens someone’s day! Nice one!,” one social media user wrote.

Another user wrote: “Ntwana yam this is Beautiful. She deserves all the love and support.”
