Cast members attend the premiere screening of Isitha: The Enemy

Cast and crew of the much-anticipated series Isitha: The Enemy attended the show’s premiere screening last night in Johannesburg.

The spinoff of the popular raunchy series The Black Door – both series under film production company Black Brain Pictures – follows the story of Chuma Sokhulu, played by Thobani Nzuza, and the rest of the Sokhulu family.

The series also includes Zamani Mbatha as Khaya Sokhulu, Linda Sebezo as Rebecca Mabuza, Dawn Thandeka King as Nomcebo Ngwenya, Sipho Ndlovu as Bandze, Lindani Nkosi as Chief Ngwenya, Khanyisani Kheswa as Mbuso Ngwenya, Nonkululeko Mbatha as Thenjiwe Sokhulu, Velephi Mnisi as Nomsa Sokhulu and Mzikayise Makroti as Nkanyiso, to name a few.

Entertainment commentator Phil Mphela shared with Twitter the appearances made by some of the cast members attending the event.

And, of course, in attendance was Black Brain Pictures founder and producer Mandla N.

Mandla made a speech at the event where he thanked many, including TV channel e.tv.

Isitha: The Enemy airs every Monday to Friday on e.tv at 21h30.
