Bongani Mahosana popular known as Morda Bongz, has reportedly returned the studio equipment he supposedly stolen from Spirit Motion studios.

This follows a case about the former member of Black Motion, Morda Bongz who allegedly broke in the house that Spirit Motion uses as an office and studio and took equipment belonging to the company Spirit Motion owned by both Morda and Smol.

The company opened a case against Morda and the court ruled in favour of Spirit Motion for Morda to return the equipment.

According to The South African a source close to the publication said, “Morda stole studio monitors, a television set, computer hard drives and mixing desk from the house which the Black Motion use as an office and studio. The recording studio equipment is estimated at a value of R243 312,30.”

Neo Mashele, a legal representation for Morda, told The South African that, his client Bongani is a part owner of the company “Spirit Motion” so he didn’t steal the equipment, he took it to use it and to return it later.

Mashele continued saying “ regarding the sit-down discussion, the directors are Thabo and Bongani, so we as Bongani’s representatives as well as Thabo’s representatives will be having a round table discussion to discuss the future of Spirit Motion as a company,”

As it stands, Thabo “Smol” Mabongwane, member of Black Motion awaits an apology from Morda, but until then it is said that he is making new music with Black Motion’s new member named Kabelo “Problem Child” Koma.
