Activities to keep your children busy

Holidays are a time to relax, unwind and reset for parents after a year of hard work but having kids is a job on it own. You need to entertain them, keep them busy and feed them without failing everyday so why don’t you plan ahead and make a weekly schedule that will allow you to have your free time? You know what they say, A happy mom, happy family.

You need to find activities that your kids will enjoy and time consuming, allow them to entertain themselves because that helps them learn how to be independent and gain confidence. There are so many things you can do that are not just for entertaining them but educating them as well. Knowing your children well will help you understand what is best for them to create, learn and entertain themselves.

8 activities you can do for your kids:

    1. Puzzles are a better use of time as they help them figure things out themselves.
    2. Making necklaces and bracelets with cereal helps them with creativity.
    3. Setting up camp outside helps them with surviving kills.
    4. Painting or coloring helps with visual art.
    5. Writing to friends and family helps develop their writing skills.
    6.  Scavenger Hunt is time consuming and it will teach them patience.
    7. Internet If they like being online set up something like a youtube channel for them and workout what program they can do, this will help them manage their time on the internet
    8. Playdough will help them be creative with their hands.
