South African actress Mona Monyane pays tribute to her late daughter Amani-Amaza Wamazulu.

It is reported that her daughter passed away at just seven days old in 2017.

The past few years have been extremely difficult for the Wild Is The Wind Netflix star.

Amani-Amaza would have turned five years old and her mother continues to celebrate her.

Mona penned down a heartfelt tribute on Instagram, thanking Amani for saving her life.

“My sweet, sweet angel. I will always wonder, I will always long for you, I will never ever forget you. Thank you for saving my life Amani. Thank you for being the light, That illuminated my darkness,” she said

Life for Mona has been hard without Amani, her mother wishes she would have stayed but understands why she had to leave. “I wish you had stayed. But I understand why you left, although my heart is still broken. Today I choose to remember this moment, how proud I was to be the mother of 2 Phenomenal Queens,” Mona added.
