Sweet Tuesday Breakfast

Here is an easy, 1o minutes to make breakfast with minimal ingredients to kick start your day !

Ingredients: 

  • 2 eggs
  • 3 tbsp almond milk
  • 1 tbsp ofvanilla protein powder
  • 1 tsp sweetener of choice
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 2-3 slices sourdough bread
  • Toppings:
  • Honey / Maple syrup
  • Berries
  • Plain yoghurt

Method:

  • Mix your eggs, almond milk, protein powder, sweetener, cinnamon and salt in a bowl
  • Dip bread in the egg mixture and coat both sides
  • Cook on a hot pan on each side for 4-5 minutes or until slightly browned on either side
  • Serve warm with fresh berries and yoghurt, drizzle with honey / maple syrup and enjoy!
