DIY spa treatment at home

A spa treatment is relaxing and refreshing. Whether it is a place around the corner or far from the city, this experience will take your
mind off daily troubles. So, set aside some time to enjoy the experience with yourself. Here are a few treatments you can go for:

Body Treat

Try: Detox Wrap or Scrub
Ideal for dehydrated skin, this treatment boosts your skin by eliminating toxins. It involves a massage with green tea seed oil, followed by a detox wrap full of vitamins. To encourage super skin health, the treatment ends with the application of a green tea balm rich in minerals and omega fatty acids. This helps restore balance in your body and leave you feeling completely reinvigorated.

Must-have Pedi

Try: Wellness Spa Morgan Taylor Deluxe Pedi
Dry and cracked heels will become a thing of the past with this pedicure. The treatment involves soaking your feet in warm, scented water for about five minutes. This is followed by a buff and scrub to get rid of the dead skin under your feet, before a relaxing foot massage. Your nails will then be painted in a colour of your choice, and off you go!

Skin Renewal

Try: Vitamin C Glow Facial
A combination of microdermabrasion with a technology that uses radio waves to penetrate the skin, this improves your skin’s radiance. Your skin is cleansed and loaded with nutrients, including vitamin C. This helps reduce pigmentation and improve your skin tone, leaving you with a brighter complexion.

Back Cleanse

Try: Sorbet Back Up Plan
Back facials are effective in reducing breakouts, clogged skin and improving hydration. Your back is cleansed and exfoliated to remove dead skin, followed by extraction. A purifying mask is then applied, with the treatment ending with a moisturiser. This helps restore nutrients and hydrate your skin.
