Media personality Dineo Ranaka is set to host the SAFTAs 14 winners announcement that will be hosted online. This comes after the awards were cancelled after the government banned the gathering of large crowds.

The SAFTAs announced the news on social media sharing in part; “Hosted by Dineo Ranaka, SAFTAs 14 winners will be announced on Twitter on the 29th of April 2020 at 17:00 in line with the countrywide lockdown and social distancing requirements.”
The SAFTAs 14 winners announcement will take place on 29 April 2020 at 5pm on the SAFTAs Twitter account.
