Thembi Mtshali-Jones to release her biography

Our October cover star Thembi Mtshali-Jones is set to release her biography. Titled Theatre Road: My Story, the book is about the star’s illustrious career as well as the people and places who shaped her along the way. Thembi’s book will be written by her friend and collaborator, Sindiwe Magona.

Theatre Road: My Story will be released in November 2019.

Both women are national treasures, their contributions to the arts in South Africa and the world are immeasurable. #TheatreRoad is a deeply touching and inspiring account of an extraordinary life shaped by love, resilience and creativity. Earlier this year, Thembi received the Living Legend Award from the @officialnbtf in the US. #TheatreRoad will be published in November 2019 to coincide with her 70th birthday.
