Bongekile Babes Wodumo Simelane‘s family has spoken out following a video of her being physically assaulted by her boyfriend, Mandla Mampintsha Maphumulo went viral. The star’s parents, Welcome Mbongeni and Thokozile Simelane briefed the media on the status of their daughter. Her father expressed their gratitude for the outpouring of support from South Africans following the video. He also confirmed that Babes laid a charge against Mampintsha.
