Lifestyle mobile bar, Ulanga Bar is back with its anuual Ulanga Beer Fest taking place on 26 October at The River Bar. FThe lifestyle mobile bar is famous for its 14 signature cocktails and this year is no different. They have added the tasty way to kick off the weekend with their Rosalia cocktail. Go on, try it out!
Ingredients:
- A handful of mint
- Lemon slices cut into moon shapes
- Passion fruit puree
- Ice
- Use any white spirit for alcoholic version – rum, vodka or tequila
Method
- Mix two shots of your favourite spirit with the passion fruit puree in a mixer, and shake well.
- Add ice and lemons in the mixture, and shake well.
- Pour and garnish with a few mint leaves and enjoy!
